Have you every wished you could take back an action and produce a different result? You can’t take actions back, but you can take control of future actions. All actions are a result of emotion; emotions arise as a reaction to a thought. If you think you can’t do something, change your thought about it and you will begin to feel differently. Our thoughts are the powerful driving force behind our actions. So, motivation begins with a thought. Your job is to distinguish whether what you perceive is real or an emotional response to what you believe is real.

Usually, when the going gets rough we take the path of least resistance. It is the easiest thing to do and requires minimal effort. It’s normal to look for the easy way out. However, the path we choose will lead us to overcome challenges or develop negative habits lead us to less than desirable results. This is true even when the path of least resistance appears easiest.

We must stay motivated and active, producing positive outcomes in our lives, to do that we have to identify what drives and motivates us. Eliminate anything negative. Negativity is not a motivator. There is no more powerful force than your mind. That which your mind perceives, it will conceive. We are unable to begin to plumb the powerful depths of our mind. When hardship and disappointment come, and that dark cloud begins to form over your head, do not feel helpless. Do not allow negativity to bring you down. Find ways for positive things to happen regardless of the situation.

Synchronicity is that which facilitates the flow of genuine happy events becoming part of your normal routine. Positive energy surrounds you and all good things come your way. The Law of Abundance will bless you. Take control of your thoughts and emotions. Move them in a positive direction and motivation will once again be a factor in your life.
