How Frequently Should I Remove Dust from Computers?
Computers reduce temperature by using a variety of fans that cause air to move through the system. An unfortunate side effect of this is that dust and other small particles often are carried by that circulating air and end up inside of your machine. Over time, this will put more of a burden on your fans. They will ultimately fail if this dust is not cleaned out. When your fans stop working, you will have to get new ones or your hardware will overheat. Overheating components will break down very quickly. Many people don’t see that their fans are not working until a component fails.
